GatorFam is a place for fans to talk, play and compete. Disagree about depth charts all you want. Keep it about teams, not people.

1. No harassment of anyone, including players, coaches, recruits, their families, officials and other fans.
2. No threats, hate speech, or sexual content.
3. No posting anyone's personal information.
4. No spam, advertising, or links to pirated streams.
5. No gambling. Pick'em and points are for bragging rights only, with no money or cash-value prizes.
6. Post your own words and photos. Link to articles instead of copying them.
7. Rival trash talk is fine when it is about teams and stays good-natured.

How moderation works

Every post has a Report button. Moderators follow three steps: a warning, then a 7-day mute, then a ban. Serious violations can skip straight to a ban.

Members must be 13 or older.

Names

Every account starts with a random Gator name and gets one free pick of its own name. After that, a name change needs a moderator's approval. A name you give up is retired for good, so nobody can use it again. Names that pose as staff or another fan, or that are offensive, are not allowed, and moderators can replace them. Your previous name shows on your profile for 30 days after a change, and moderators keep a history of every change.

You can read GatorFam and play trivia without an account. If you play without signing in, your nickname, Chomp Points, trivia streak and badges are saved only in your own browser.

If you create an account, we store your email address, the username and display name you choose, your posts, reactions and reports, your Chomp Points history and your trivia answers. Your email address is used only to sign you in and is never shown to other fans. Your username, posts, points and rank are public. The first time you sign in on a device, points saved in that browser (up to 500) are added to your account.

Accounts and posts are stored with Supabase, our database provider, and the site is hosted by Netlify. We do not sell your information, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

To delete your account and everything tied to it, email us from the address you signed in with.
